Yes you can change outfits, we can take portrait photos before the cake smash session, then we can do the cake smash afterwards

Yes parents and grandparents are welcome to join in on any photos, there will be no additional charge.

Yes you have 12 hours before the shooting date and time before you ca reschedule, you can do so on the confirmation email
